A series low of 1.3 million viewers tuned in for the final of Peter Jones' business reality series Tycoon last night.
The final episode, which saw toy helicopter salesman Iain Morgan scoop a prize fund of more than £200,000, took a disappointing 6.3% share of the audience at the time, leaving ITV1 in fourth place amongst the terrestrials.
The ratings capped a disappointing night for ITV all round, with the final instalment of drama Time of Your Life dropping to 4 million (18%) in the 9pm hour. It did draw level with BBC One's Fight for Life, however, while on BBC Two Peter and Dan Snow: 20th Century Battlefields interested 2 million (9%).
Elsewhere, Big Brother held up a respectable 3.1 million (17%) for Channel 4 in the 10pm hour.
