Man pinches live C4 reporter's bottom

A man who pinched a Channel 4 reporter's bottom while she was on air is being sought by police.
The man walked up behind Sue Turton and "goosed" her behind during a live broadcast for Channel 4 News beside a flooded street in Oxford last week.
Footage of the incident has been viewed tens of thousands of times on video website YouTube and shows Turton flinching but continuing with the report.
Thames Valley police told the Media Guardian they think they have identified the man and plan to find him and issue an £80 fixed penalty notice.
"We are taking this seriously," said a spokesman. "We just think it was particularly stupid and obnoxious behaviour and the individual concerned needs some kind of sanction.
"The victim of the offence does not wish to press charges, however Thames Valley police believe we have identified the offender and we will be seeking to issue him with a fixed-penalty notice for a public order offence."
He added that police were not aware the video was on the internet but would now attempt to contact YouTube.
The Media Guardian says the news crew with Turton ran after the man and tried to apprehend him. Turton has declined to comment.
