EPG move planned for Channel 4 spinoffs

Channel 4 have revealed that changes are to be made to the EPG positions of their spinoff channels later this month.
The reorganisation on August 20, will enable upcoming timeshifted service Channel 4 +1 to launch across all the main digital platforms and allow it to be positioned as close as possible to Channel 4.
Platform specific modifications include E4 and E4 +1 on digital terrestrial television and More4 and More4 +1 for Sky Digital viewers in the UK being located closer to each other.
As a result of the overhaul Film4 +1 is to be removed from digital terrestrial television. Meanwhile for Virgin Media customers, More4 +1 will vanish from areas served by the Langley headend (ex-NTL). The channel was not available to ex-Telewest viewers.

If your DTT set-top-box doesn’t automatically pick up the new channel numbers you will need to perform a retune operation.
