The Canadian online broadcaster JumpTV has bought the UK's Cycling TV in a £2.4 million deal.
Online internet broadcaster Cycling TV holds the rights to broadcast all the major international cycling races online, except the Tour de France, and has approximately 18,000 subscribers.
Jump TV has over 100 internet TV channels in the areas of sport, news and entertainment.
Chief executive Simon Brydon will continue to head up CyclingTV, and the website will now be maintained by JumpTV as part of its JumpTVSports division.
JumpTV chief executive Scott Paterson said: "This acquisition is in line with our pursuit of exclusive, hard-to-find and high-affinity Internet video content."
