Satellite channel Wedding TV is giving one bride-to-be the chance of winning a £20,000 wedding by competing in a 'wedding dash' through the streets of London.
The race, which will emulate the final scene from the 1999 film The Bachelor, will see brides from across the UK make the journey from London's Hyde Park to St Paul's Cathedral on Saturday September 15 wearing a wedding dress.
The contestants cannot use public transport and will be given tasks en route. The race has been organised in association with Wedding Ideas magazine.
As well as the money, the winning bride will be given a personal wedding planner and be featured in the magazine, with the wedding being filmed by Wedding TV. The channel airs on Sky channel 277 and 278.
