3.4m return for seconds of 'Hell's Kitchen'
The second helping of ITV1's Hell's Kitchen didn't improve on Monday's lukewarm start, with the show losing 200,000 viewers overnight.

The celebrity cooking series, with chef Marco Pierre White at the helm, managed just 3.4 million viewers and a 15% share at 9pm last night.

The opening show pulled in 3.6 million viewers and a 17.1% share.

For a second night it was beaten by BBC One drama Silent Witness, which took 5.9 million viewers and a 26% share in the 9pm hour.

On BBC Two, Tribe pulled in a healthy 2.9 million viewers and 13% share, with CSI: Miami on Five managing 2.2 million viewers and a 10% share.

There were also significant losses on Channel 4's Dumped as the reality show managed 1.5 million viewers and a 7% share, down 200,000 viewers on Monday night's ratings and 900,000 on Sunday's debut, which got 2.4 million viewers.

Channel 4's own hour of cooking content did better with 2.1 million viewers and a 10% share tuning in for Jamie at Home at 8pm, and Cook Yourself Thin taking 2 million and a 9% share at 8.30pm.
