The producer of BBC shows New Tricks and Who Do You Think You Are?, Wall to Wall, is putting itself up for sale for an estimated £25 million.
A information memorandum has reportedly been sent to potential bidders, with a completion expected by Christmas. According to Broadcast, production outfits Shine, Shed, IMG and ITV Productions are possible interested parties.
This year the company has been involved in rolling out the Who Do You Think You Are? brand to a live show and last week BBC Magazines announced a magazine strand based on the programme.
Televisual magazine voted Wall to Wall the "most respected production company" in an industry poll this month, with the company ranking 17th in terms of turnover alone.
