'Hell's Kitchen' turns up the heat

The show added viewers following its slump to 3.4 million on Tuesday night, after its debut of 3.6 million on Monday.
Channel 4 also managed to claw back some viewers for the final of its reality show, Dumped. An average of 1.9 million viewers and an audience 8% share watched the show at 9pm.
Both shows were beaten in their slot by BBC One's Traffic Cops, which attracted 5.5 million and a 25% share.
On BBC Two, Heroes managed 2.5 million and an 11% share, with Five's showing of film Once Upon a Time in Mexico averaged 1.1 million viewers and a 6% share over two hours from 9pm.
