BBC One has commissioned a UK version of quiz show format The Rich List for a prime time Saturday evening slot.
Who Dares Wins will be produced by indie 12 Yard Productions for a seven part series.
David Young at 12 Yard Productions said: "We are delighted that this format is going into production for a primetime slot in the UK. We are confident that the wide appeal and addictive nature of the show will prove very popular with Saturday night audiences."
The game is based around the concept of winning money by completing lists, with two players battling against each other to get missing answers on a list of a particular subject. Each one must predict how many answers on the list they will get, and if chosen to list them, they must do so to that number - or their challenger wins. The winner then keeps returning to the show to win limitless amounts of money.
Under the name The Rich List, the show has also been acquired by Fox in the US, Network Seven in Australia, TVNZ in New Zealand and Sat 1 in Germany for local production.
Fox originally aired the US version in November 2006, with Eamonn Holmes as presenter, but it was pulled shortly afterwards due to poor ratings.
