Jack FM names breakfast team
Published Monday, Oct 1 2007, 13:21 BST | By James Welsh
Absolute Radio's new Oxfordshire radio station Jack FM has named its breakfast show presenting team.
Trevor Marshall, who has previously worked at Birmingham's BRMB, Horizon Radio and Capital, will lead the team along with former BRMB breakfast show producer Sue Carter. Both Marshall and Carter hold Sony Gold Awards for their previous work. Also on the team will be New York Radio Award winner Greg Burns, who joins the station from Oxford's FM 107.9 where he is currently news editor.
"Never mind all those awards and trophies, the real entertainment will come from a cast of thousands, the people of Oxfordshire," said Marshall. "Jack will be the place for adults to have proper conversations about local issues that matter! We are also looking forward to the music we will be playing, it's brilliant. So come and join us, be a part of the most exciting thing to happen to radio in Oxfordshire for years."
Jack FM will launch on Thursday, October 18.
