Roly Keating named acting BBC One chief

BBC Two controller Roly Keating has been named acting controller of BBC One following the resignation of Peter Fincham.
Speculation about who will replace Fincham on a full time basis is already moving into high gear, with some quarters pointing to Keating as a leading candidate. In that scenario, it is likely that either Janice Hadlow, the controller of BBC Four who is currently on sabbatical, or George Entwhistle, who is running the channel in her stead, would take charge at BBC Two.
