Search on for new BBC One controller

Following the resignation of Peter Fincham last week, rumours are already circulating about who will become the next BBC One controller.
BBC Two controller Roly Keating, currently acting BBC One controller, has said he would not be putting his name forward for the job.
According to Broadcast, ITV's director of factual and daytime Alison Sharman has been approached for the role. Other names the publication links to the position include BBC controller of fiction Jane Tranter, BBC Worldwide's director of content and production Wayne Garvie, Peter Bazalgette and director of TV and content at Channel 4, Kevin Lygo.
