GMTV to face fraud investigation

Last month, the broadcaster was fined £2m by Ofcom for what the regulator described as GMTV's "gross negligence" in failing to ensure that the competitions it ran were fair.
The SFO will now conduct an examination of documents obtained by Ofcom in the course of its investigation.
