She will come back in a different slot as part of a reorganisation of the day's schedule.
The show was put on hold in July when it was revealed that production staff had posed as competition winners on pre-recorded programmes.
That and other problems prompted the BBC to suspend all competitions.
David Dunn, a spokesman for 6Music, said her return followed the completion of inquiries into the revelation.
He said: "Liz Kershaw hasn't been on air while an inquiry was underway. Now it is completed she is returning to 6."
The reshuffle will put her show, previously 10am-1pm, from midday-2pm.
It will also see comedy duo Adam Buxton and Joe Cornish, who have previously filled stand-in slots on the station, get their first permanent show. It will run from 9am-midday.
Meanwhile, DJ Tom Robinson, who currently has shows on Monday and Tuesday, will get a new show between midnight on Saturday and 2am on Sunday.
Dunn said: "He will be playing music he has sourced himself from internet sites, so will really be playing new emerging bands."
The changes will all be in place from this Saturday.
