The 45-year-old will present another series of the hit reality show alongside his own cookery programme, going head-to-head with Gordon Ramsay on Channel 4.
White revealed that he had finally found a team he liked after years of turning down offers, saying: "They were different to others I'd met. I said I'd only agree if they let me be myself and if the show was educational, inspirational and interesting."
He added: "This deal will give me the opportunity to share my knowledge."
ITV director of television Simon Shaps said: "Marco is a complete original and made Hell's Kitchen his own. We are delighted to have signed him."
White is also fronting a 12-month TV advertising campaign for Knorr stock cubes.
