Nuts TV plans to go 12 hours in Spring
Published Wednesday, Nov 28 2007, 11:46 GMT | By Dave West

The four-hour live block, produced by ETV, is expected to remain. The rest is likely to be other content owned by Nuts operator Turner Broadcasting System, plus acquisitions and repeats.
Casey Harwood, Turner's senior vice president for digital media, told a Broadcasting Press Guild Lunch that Nuts would move towards more long-form shows with the change.
Harwood spoke about the experience of running Nuts on Freeview since September: "The launch has moved us out of our comfort zone as we'd never done ad-funded or participatory programming before.
"It's been an interesting trial to find out what's working. It's been about learning a new set of skills through live format-based studio production."
