BBC factual commissioners reorganised

Martin Davidson has become commissioner for in-house specialist factual and Adam Kemp commissioner for in-house arts, music and religion. The role of commissioner for in-house features and factual is yet to be filled.
Davidson and Kemp report to head of in-house knowledge commissioning Emma Swain. She will also handle documentaries, natural history and, until the post is filled, features and factual.
Commissioning from indies will be Ben Gale, for features, factual and BBC One and BBC Three documentaries, and Clive Edwards for current affairs.
Gale and Edwards will report to Richard Klein who will himself handle BBC Two and BBC Four documentaries. He will also deal with indie specialist factual until that post is filled.
