Five inks new sponsorship agreement

Five has signed a new sponsorship deal for Fifth Gear and new travel series Rough Guide To... with moneysupermarket.com.
The price comparison site will sponsor the two shows starting in January. For Fifth Gear, it will receive a 15 second opening credit, six 5 second break bumpers and a 10 second closing credit per episode. The Rough Guide To... package includes a 15 second opening credit, two 5 second break bumpers and a 10 second closing credit.
The deals were brokered between Mediacom North and Five's sponsorship department.
Rachael Wheeler, Five's sponsorship controller, said: "I am delighted with our partnership with moneysupermarket.com. Fifth Gear and the Rough Guide To… are two important properties for Five in 2008 and they are both a great fit with moneysupermarket.com."
