5.3m for final 'Extras'
5.3m viewers tuned in to watch the last ever Extras, according to overnight ratings figures.

The show won its 9pm timeslot with a 23% share of the audience. It went up against The Queen on ITV1, which averaged just under 4m viewers and a 17% share.

It was a good night for BBC One - to which Extras switched for its final outing - all round, with a heavily-trailed special edition of Holby City pulling in 6.7m, a 28% share for the hour from 8pm, well ahead of ITV1's The Bill which averaged 4.5m viewers.
