Trisha Goddard will present a weekend show on Emap's City Talk, an all-speech station soon to launch in Liverpool.
Talk to Trisha will go out Sunday nights for two hours starting at 7pm. The show will reunite her with City Talk weekend editor, with whom she worked on her TV show.
"I am so excited about joining City Talk," said Goddard. "Every time I meet a scouser I'm impressed by how open, articulate and opinionated they are. Liverpool is a city that loves to talk. It’s a wonderful place - exciting, vibrant and down to earth. I look forward to being part of the team and getting to know the city even better."
City Talk station director Richard Maddock said: "Trisha will be the perfect host for our weekend audiences who will be able to call in and talk about the issues that affect them, just like her TV show."
