ITV has hired a new online commissioner and head of content for its broadband internet operations.
As online commissioner, Kate Bradshaw, previously IMG's director of new media production, will oversee original productions for the service.
She launched UKTV's website and was previously involved in developing BBC Two's on-demand broadband services.
ITV has also appointed Marc Webber, assistant editor for The Sun's website, as its head of content. He will have a broad management role and work with programme controllers to improve the online offering.
Both will report to ITV Broadband managing director Annelies van den Belt.
She said: "Marc brings with him an ideal blend of traditional broadcast experience and in-depth knowledge of the demands of online content, while Kate has an intuitive understanding of internet behaviour with a proven track record of devising and implementing successful commercial applications."
