CBS takes on 'CSI' worldwide distribution

It is part of a deal with investment bank Goldman Sachs, which co-produces the show, and will see CBS take over all three CSI series globally.
Goldman Sachs bought 50% of the franchise last year. GS Capital Partners, an equity fund managed by the bank, will remain an equal partner with CBS on CSI.
CBS already airs the show in the US and has syndication rights, through CBS Television Distribution, there.
