MTV Flux is to close and be replaced by a one-hour timeshift of MTV One on February 1.
The channel launched on September 6, 2006, replacing VH2, and combines social networking and video sharing programming with music videos. It achieved a zero value for average weekly viewing per person in BARB's November survey and a small, but non-zero value for December.
