'Newsbeat' expands multimedia service

Newsbeat editor Rod McKenzie said it was moving away from the brand's traditional home on radio and into interactive, multimedia content.
There is more emphasis on entertainment news alongside dedicated sections on technology and health.
Announcing the move yesterday on the BBC editors' blog McKenzie said: "With more and more people listening to the radio over the internet, people will be able to see and interact with our stories in a way they've never done before.
"It's not about radio any more, it's about relevant content being available in lots of different ways (web, mobiles etc) and at last we have the tools for the job."
