GCap Media's group programme director Dirk Anthony is leaving the company in March.
It comes after group operations director Steve Orchard announced he was going and ex-chief executive Ralph Bernard's departure last year.
GCap said the move was by mutual consent and has not specified his future plans.
Anthony said: "After enjoying over 10 years with GCap and GWR Group, it's the right time for me to find new career opportunities.
"I'm very pleased to have played a senior executive role in helping make GCap a great company to work for and I wish my colleagues the very best for the future."
Fru Hazlitt took over the chief executive role last month and is due to announce her plans for the company on February 11.
She thanked Anthony for his work and added: "Dirk is an experienced programme and senior manager who has always shared his expertise and passion for radio with enthusiasm."
