Liam Neeson is said to be in "final negotiations" to take an unspecified role in the new Batman movie opposite Christian Bale.

Bale will play the part of Bruce Wayne in the film while Michael Caine will be Wayne's butler Alfred.

Batman: Intimidation is due for a July 2005 release.
