The Hood (Ben Kingsley) invades Tracy Island, the secret base and home of International Rescue and the Thunderbirds, in the hope of using them for his own evil needs.
The Tracy family is headed by Bill Paxton, who plays Jeff Tracy, the father of the family of five sons, Virgil, John, Gordon, Scott and Alan.
