Did everyone see the same film as me? Overall I thought it was good, but lacked the charm of the first. In places the story was slow, over sentimental, and lacked spidey action; if Peter Parker was so over-worked fighting crime couldn't we see a few more scenes of him doing just that. Instead we see him as a complete loser, unable to sort his own life out. I'd give it 7/10.

Where so many got it wrong - Daredevil and The Hulk - Spider-Man 2 reminds us what a superhero film really is. An inventive blend of emotion, character development and untamed ass-kicking remind us why we loved the first one. There's something for everyone and I can't find any faults. Brilliant cliffhanger ending! The presence of Kirsten Dunst alone makes this unmissable. 5 stars

Great Movie!! The best thing about this film was in places it didnt take its self too seriously, lots of humor. Which made the film very enjoyable. The cgi special effects were great all well done and not overused. The story line was great , overall spiderman 2 is a better sequel. My ownly gipe was that it was a to censored for me, i can see why as most of there target audiance would be kids. Definatly go and see it!

I thought the first film would be hard to beat but spiderman 2 blew its predicesor away. Amazing Action scenes and great acting. Kirsten Dunst Once again fits in to the character of Mary Jane superbly, And Toby Maguire suits Peter Parker down to a tee. i hope theres more spiderman films to come after spiderman 3.

Spider-man 2 most definitly is an AMAZING movie! It has it all: action, a love story, fantastic actors! It is even better than the first one! It ties up some loose ends from the first movie but also leaves room for some more loose ends to be tied up in the third one. I am very much looking forward to the third Spider-man movie! I'm not sure I can wait that long! I know it is going to be even better than this one, and I can not wait! I would positively have to give this movie a 20/10! It is by far the best movie of the summer! Go and see it if you haven't already! And if you already have.. GO AGAIN!

Definitely better than the first Spider-Man movie, although at times it feels more like Spider-Man: Chapter 2 than a movie in its own right. A few loose ends from the first movie are sorted out, but then more soon appear, which will take us into Spider-Man 3. The CGI and the fight scenes have improved from the first one, but they play second fiddle to the characters and the story as in the first movie. Overall, well worth the price of a ticket 8/10
