
Up has landed atop the Australian box office on its first weekend on release.
The latest film from Pixar, its first in 3D, takes in more than $2 million to knock Quentin Tarantino's Inglourious Basterds from the number one spot. The Taking Of Pelham 123 slips a place to three, while Aliens In The Attic and Australian film Charlie & Boots round out the top five.
Elsewhere, The Ugly Truth plummets to number eight and new entry The Soloist debuts at nine.
