James Bond is to drive a Ford Mondeo after producers struck a multi-million-pound sponsorship deal.

The car makers agreed to pay nearly £14 million to get Daniel Craig's Bond in their motor for Casino Royale.

“It’s a huge deal, worth far more than the £2million Daniel is getting," an insider told The Sun. "Moviegoers will see Bond using the car for chases and picking up girls."

007's traditional Aston Martin will remain for some scenes, however – despite the problems it has presented for automatic-driving Craig.
