Cruise signs new film deal with MGM

Tom Cruise has signed a deal with Hollywood studio Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer.

Only a few months after his infamous split from Paramount, Cruise has agreed terms that will see him make a minimum of four films per year with the new company.

He will work alongside his business partner Paula Wagner, who becomes CEO of the studio's newly revived United Artists sector. Both Wagner and Cruise will also take a part ownership stake in the company.
