Kim Cattrall has said that filming Sex And The City: The Movie was "very nostalgic".

The actress, who plays Samantha Jones in the popular US drama, said the cast had an "amazing time" working with each other for the first time since the TV show ended in 2004.

She told In Touch Weekly: "We had an amazing time together. After shooting, the girls and I would go to Nobu restaurant and salute each other. It was a very nostalgic feeling. It was like a family reunion.

"After being away for so much time, I was really longing to play Samantha again. It's so good to be home again. I started Sex And The City when I was 41 and I showed them I can be sexy - and now ten years later, I have no plans to slow down!"

The big screen adaptation of Sex And The City is scheduled for release on May 30.
