Genuinely excited....memoreis of the original came flooding back and this actually looks like it does it justice. Plus the fact the Simian Mobile Disco working on the soundtrack

Maybe I'm just a big kid at heart but I was quite impressed with the original - perhaps because Im a software engineer and it was at the edge of what was possible for graphics at the time. This... if you can call it a sequel so long after.. looks pretty good too. But how come movies have to be trailed 18months before they reach the cinema these days?

It does actually look pretty decent! I'm suprised. May go and see it once I've read what the reviews have to say.

After slowly watching my childhood ripped apart by Hollywood over the last few years, this actually looks half decent, it's rather bold to try a straight sequel than the usual "reboot" that we usually get, only viewers of a certain age will remember the original to appreciate the inclusion of the original cast and continued plot. For once there is actually a film I want to go out and see.

I get all giggily inside when I see this. I can't wait....
