Is 'Red Riding Hood' identical to 'Twilight'?

If you caught the trailer for Amanda Seyfried's Red Riding Hood over the weekend you'll have noticed striking visual and plot similarities to a certain vampire series.
Twilight director Catherine Hardwicke is behind the lens for Amanda Seyfried's RRH - so that's got to count for something - but after donning our detective hats and browsing through RRH again and the trailer for Eclipse we've concluded that, yes, they are in fact the same movie. When it comes to review time for Red Riding Hood, copy/paste/find/replace might do the job!
