We're not quite sure what the screenwriters of Gnomeo & Juliet were smoking when they came up with the idea for the film ("It's William Shakespeare soundtracked to Elton John... with garden gnomes!") but it kind of works! We sat down with the movie's director Kelly Asbury to discuss his new obsession with porcelain figures, the case of Don Featherstone and the Plastic Pink Flamingo and his love of Elton's 'Your Song'.
