Trailer: Joseph Gordon-Levitt in cancer comedy '50/50'

Joseph Gordon-Levitt's new comedy 50/50, due out in the US this September, now has a trailer. Seth Rogen, Anna Kendrick, Bryce Dallas Howard and Anjelica Huston co-star in the movie, which centres on a man who struggles to overcome cancer after being diagnosed with the disease at the age of 27.
