'Rise of the Planet of the Apes' full trailer debuts

Rise of the Planet of the Apes is looking to wash away the taste of Tim Burton's disastrous 2001 remake, taking the iconic science fiction series back to the beginning as it explores how that damned dirty ape Caesar led a chimp uprising against humanity.
James Franco, Freida Pinto, John Lithgow, Andy Serkis, Brian Cox and Tom Felton star in the movie, directed by The Escapist helmer Rupert Wyatt. Rise of the Planet of the Apes opens in the US on August 5 and the UK on August 12.
