Kevin Macdonald's documentary Life in a Day, which is out on Friday, is an impressive piece of work. Hundreds of clips shot by ordinary people on July 24, 2010 are spliced together into one 90-minute feature, giving an insight on what life is like on that particular day. From a young boy who shines shoes for a living to an older couple renewing their wedding vows, the film represents real life in a way that's never been done before. To back this up, Digital Spy has an exclusive clip from Life in a Day of a woman who went skydiving on July 24 last year.
