Hogwarts's resident smarty-pants and expert spell-caster Hermione Granger was brought to life by Emma Watson over the course of the eight Harry Potter movies. Emma won the role thanks to her Oxford theatre teacher and hasn't looked back since. For the 21-year-old actress there's been trips to university and headline-making haircuts, all during her ten year rise to the celeb A-list.
