Digital Spy has ten juicy teasers from the blockbuster below:
1. The snazzy opening titles will remind you of an earlier Steven Spielberg movie: Catch Me If You Can.
2. Through a very clever reveal, Hergé's classic dots-for-eye 2D sketch makes an appearance in Spielberg's 3D world.
3. Snowy bails his master out of tight situations on several occasions, once gnawing through ropes to spring him from trouble.
4. Tintin is still in the habit of getting himself knocked unconscious!
5. Bumbling detectives Thomson and Thompson get their own backstory hunting a kleptomaniac played by Toby Jones.
6. Andy Serkis and Daniel Craig take on dual roles, playing Captain Haddock and Ivanovich Sakharine… and their ancestors in a key flashback scene.
7. Captain Haddock is so sozzled that his alcohol-infused breath is enough to provide fuel vapours to power a plane.
8. Steven Moffat/Doctor Who fans, listen out for a "Geronimo!"
9. In one water-based scene, Tintin's quiff will remind you of the shark's fin from Jaws.
10. A sequel? It could happen. Things get teed up nicely, and Tintin does have "an unquenchable thirst for adventure".
