'Skyfall's award chances: Digital Spy talks to Mark Kermode
Digital Spy caught up with film critic Mark Kermode to discuss Skyfall's award chances this season. He told DS that Skyfall will be an interesting one to watch as Bond films don't often fare well with awards, "they're crowd-pleasers and they tend to be slightly neglected by the award ceremonies". He went on to explain that Sam Mendes has reinvented the Bond franchise with Skyfall, making it deserving of being an awards contender.
