Summary: After making appearances in Lost Highway and Party Monster, Gothic rocker Marilyn Manson will write, direct and star in the 'arthouse horror' movie about the Alice in Wonderland author.

Although primarily a biopic of Carroll, real name Charles Dodson, the movie will be laced with hallucinatory visions of Alice. British model Lily Cole will play Alice, marking her acting debut.

Manson has threatened to rope Johnny Depp into the project.
