Tintin competition terms and conditions
1. All entries must be received by the closing date of the competition draw.
2. The winner will be drawn at random from all correct entries received.
3. The winners will be notified by phone or email within two weeks of the closing date of the competition.
4. No responsibility will be accepted for entries lost or never received.
5. The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. Employees and their families, relations and suppliers of Paramount Pictures are not eligible.
7. One entry per household only.
8. There is no cash alternative.
9. Only open to UK residents.
10. All entries must be supplied with full name, address and email address.
11. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value at any time.
12. If the first winner does not claim their prize within four weeks of closing date, the winner's claim will lapse and automatically become void. If the entry selected is invalid, adjudged void or a prize claim lapses, another entrant may be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries at the Promoter's sole discretion (but the Promoter shall have no obligation to do so).
13. Winners will be notified via email or telephone. The sending of an email to the email address registered by the winner will be sufficient notification for this purpose and the Promoter will not be responsible for any failure by a winner to receive that email. Please note it is essential that you provide the correct email address, otherwise we may not be able to contact the winner for this prize draw and therefore the entry will be considered null and void.
14. Your prize includes a Tintin Poster, Tintin Notebook, Tintin Translator, Tintin Passport Cover, and a holiday package to Belgium. The package includes two nights' stay for one family (two adults + two children - max 16 yrs old) at the Novotel Tour Noire (www.novotel.com), breakfast included, travel by Eurostar to Brussels (www.eurostar.com), guided tour of the Hergé Museum, a comic strip trail and €300 spending money.
15. Prizes will be sent within 28 days of receipt of the winner's claim.
16. Prize is up to four Standard Premier Eurostar tickets to Brussels, travelling from London, Ashford or Ebbsfleet
17. Travel is subject to availability and excludes public bank holidays and Valentine's Day. Valid between these dates; 28.10.2011-06.11.2011, 16.12.2011-15.01.2012, 17.02.2012-26.02.2012, 01.04.2012-15.04.2012, 26.06.2012-02.09.2012. Prize is valid for one year from date of issue.
