Shaun Williamson ('Daylight Robbery')

It was as Barry in EastEnders that Shaun Williamson became a household name after years plying his trade in am-dram theatre groups. He traded on that teddy bear image in later roles, including a stint in Ricky Gervais’s sitcom Extras. More recently, Williamson has been muddying the waters, playing a ruthless gangster in The Bill.

We caught up with Shaun to talk about British heist caper Daylight Robbery, in which he features as the bumptious Police Chief who threatens to undo the best-laid plans of seven desperate criminals.
