After decades in development hell, with countless directors and studios trying to get a movie off the ground, the big screen adaptation of Alan Moore and Dave Gibbons's acclaimed comic book Watchmen is finally arriving in cinemas on March 6. Set in an alternate 1985 where Richard Nixon is still the President and masked vigilantes are an everyday occurrence, the story centres on a disbanded group of superheros who reunite to investigate the death of one of their colleagues, The Comedian.
