Mysterious Skin director Gregg Araki goes back to his 'Teenage Apocalypse Trilogy' roots with new movie Kaboom, a hedonistic college-set indie about a student who sees visions of the end of the world.
Thomas Dekker, Juno Temple and Haley Bennett are just three of the pretty faces in Araki's bonkers mash-up of Donnie Darko, Buffy and Twin Peaks.
Watch Gregg Araki chat to Digital Spy about getting advice from John Waters, having a "gung-ho" clothes-shedding cast and taking inspiration from David Lynch.
Kaboom opens in UK cinemas on June 10.
