Jason Voorhees will wear both a hockey mask and a bag in the upcoming remake of Friday The 13th.

The movie, which stars Derek Mears as the machete-wielding baddie, recently finished filming in Austin, Texas.

The character wore a bag over his head in the second instalment of the franchise, with the trademark mask becoming a fixture from the third.

Bloody Disgusting confirmed that he will wear both items at different times during the Marcus Nispel-directed film.

Jared Padalecki, Danielle Panabaker, Jonathan Sadowski, Nana Visitor and Aaron Yoo also star in the Platinum Dunes project.

The movie is scheduled for release on February 13, 2009.
