The action movie icons will appear in Incredible Love, a film that charts the life of an Indian stuntman who becomes famous in Hollywood.
It will be the first Bollywood film to shoot at Universal Studios and, with a budget of £11 million, carries the largest price tag in the industry's history.
Ashkay Kumar and Kareena Kapoor will also star in the film.
Hollywood has long tried to crack the Indian film market, but critic Meenakshi Shedde stated that Bollywood stood a greater chance of being a success in the US.
"It's as much about Bollywood getting a slice of Hollywood," she said. "We have too strong a film culture to bend over backwards for them."
