Sex And The City slipped to third, while the fourth Indiana Jones movie moved back up to number two.
Elsewhere, there were new entries for Noel Clarke's drama Adulthood at four and dark comedy Teeth at number seven.
Keira Knightley's The Edge of Love debuts at nine, while horror The Ruins enters at ten.
