April Blair has sold her comedy script Still You to MGM in a six-figure deal, says The Hollywood Reporter.
The plot focuses on a family holiday which is complicated by the arrival of the wife's ex-boyfriend.
"Metaphorically speaking, your past occupies a part of every relationship," said Blair. "In our story, it's sort of the physical manifestation of your ex-boyfriend literally in the third row of your minivan."
Jennifer Eatz, Walt Becker and Aline Brosh McKenna are producing the film.
Blair, a former production coordinator, recently penned upcoming Jessica Simpson vehicle Major Movie Star.
